With one owner from new; good specification and a very nice 2-pac paint finish this well appointed 57ft live-aboard is perfect for for 2 people. The residential mooring is available to transfer to the new owner if they need it and the boat has been well maintained and the engine has always been professionally serviced. She has solid oak floors throughout with oak effect panels on the walls, 4 good sized radiators plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom, auxilliary electric wall heater and new cockpit cover in 2016.
As you come down the companionway into the saloon area, you have a nice light interior with multi-fuel stove, plenty of storage units, 40inch TV with a link into a shared satellite dish, 2 x easy chairs plus footstool and 2 x radiators. The good size galley with plenty of cupboard space has solid oak worktops, built-in oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, stainless steel sink and drainer and a washing machine.
Then you move down the corridor to the bathroom with full size tiled shower, cassette toilet, modern basin with vanity unit and a heated towel rail.
Then down through the privacy door into the double bedroom with radiator, 2 x wardrobes, CD music system and access into the cratch area.
