Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 2014 57ft Narrowboat for sale with optional leisure mooring in the popular West London marina at Packet Boat.
Being only three years old, the boat is modern and well specced throughout with its cabin at the bow being one of the best around with a large double bed, loads of light from the windows and side hatch and loads of storage space.
The boat has been lightly used in those three years with just over 200 hours on the Beta engine but the blacking, which was done at new, is probably going to need renewing in the next 12 months.
The boat is priced to sell and the asking price is not being inflated because of the leisure mooring (unlike some other agents out there) but the purchaser will have the option to keep the boat at Packet Boat if they wish on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina.
