Comentario del broker
This 57ft Cruiser Stern was built privately by an aircraft engineer, believed to be in the early 80's. The first couple of owners have died and original paperwork has therefore been lost as the boat was sold on by a marina owner to cover costs. The BSC is about to run out but she will be sold with a new 4 year BSC.
She is a good sized liveaboard with a large cruiser stern cockpit area. As you go down through the companionway you come to the good size galley with new full size cooker, microwave oven, full size sink/drainer and various storage areas. There is currently no fridge as the owners use a coolbox.
Next you move into the cozy, good sized saloon area with woodburning stove, TV/DVD, 3 seater leather settee, then through a privacy door into the single cabin. Next is the bathroom with shower, basin, cassette toilet and tiled floor and finally into the main double cabin with pop up wardobe, storage drawers under the bed and another TV.
The owners were living on the boat but due to family health issues they have had to move to a house, hence the sale. The present owners have had the boat for 4 years. She was blacked 3 years ago.
