This is a solid 10.6.4 Cruiser Stern hull with a side hatch and cratch boards. Spray foam insulation and aluminium framed windows. Paintwork in reasonable condition, needing some work at the font. Bitumastic blacking 2010

A comfortably fitted boat in light wood. Living area with very good sofa, by Wilsons, convertible to a double bed and a solid fuel stove. There is also a dinette which would convert to a very small double bed.
The kitchen is well laid out with a cooker and fridge and a very good side hatch.
The bathroom has a small bath and shower, as well as Thetford cassette toilet and basin.
The bedroom has a double cross bed with wardrobes either side and cupboards above.
The space above the covered engine has good storage and space with plumbing for a washing machine.
There is heating from both the solid fuel stove and a gas boiler. Water heating is from the engine calorifier or an immersion heater
