The engine starts at the flick of the key and there is one new starter battery.
The boat has been used on 240v mains power and there are no other batteries on board, but the system is ready to go on installation of domestic batteries.

Cabin/hull painted and blacked in March 2013, new anodes fitted.

Totally open plan, this boat just needs a little finishing off to make a comfortable and well appointed holiday home or liveaboard
Most of the work has been completed and you enter at the large cruiser stern and into a newly fitted galley with cooker and fridge installed.
A full sized bath, hand wash basin and porta potti toilet make up a functional bathroom which could be completed by adding freestanding bulkheads to complete the decor.
The saloon/sleeping area is totally open plan, with a large sofabed currently being used as a bed. There is plenty of room here for dividing the space into a self contained bedroom with fixed double.
The saloon area is open with wooden floors, new internal window surrounds and fitted blinds. Walls are wood lined, giving a warm, spacious feel.
A refurbished stove is awaiting final fitting.
The cratch area has been extended to be part of the cabin and is a good storage area or even an extra cabin with a little imagination.

This boat is at the end of project stage which just needs a little finishing to make a comfortable retreat.
Big enough to live in but manageable enough for family weekends, she is the perfect size for someone looking for a budget priced boat.
The boat feels warm and welcoming inside and although you could just bring a bag and move in, the open plan fitout gives plenty of scope for some internal changes to suit a new owner.
Currently moored in a marina just north of Hemel Hempstead, the mooring could be transferable by agreement with Marina Management.
