Built in 2006 originally, this boat has benefitted from a recent full repaint and looks very smart. It also has a unique spot in the marina meaning you have no immediate neighbour and views out across the basin.
This semi-trad boat has a traditional layout with saloon and galley at the bow, heads amidships and cabin at the stern. Another benefit of its position within the marina is that you can enter from both ends.
There is a multifuel stove and central heating, electric heads with holding tank, gas cooker, 12v fridge and space for a washing machine if you wanted to fit one.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 7.5% + VAT transfer fee (of the sale price) and gives you access to this welcoming community of boaters with excellent transport links and nearby pubs and restaurants.
