Built in 1994 by well regarded TT Marina and regularly upgraded, the boat has a traditional layout entering at the stern into the cabin that has good storage and a double bed. The bathroom has a chemical heads and shower. The galley and living area is a good size with multi-fuel stove, and nice views out across the western corner of the basin.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 5% transfer fee and current mooring fees are £10,373 per annum if paid upfront. The marina has laundry, fibre broadband and the DLR station is 5 mins walk.
