Comentario del broker
This is a really well laid out boat that was built to be cruised and designed for life on the cut.
Leaving the cruiser stern you walk through a bunk cabin with hand basin, before passing a separate shower room with electric toilet and wash basin. Further forward is the master cabin with a permanent double bed and then to a light and spacious galley/saloon.
She was surveyed in January 2018 and the owner has undertaken to complete all recommendations before the sale is complete. At the same time she was painted and blacked with bitumen.
Cabin heating is through radiators in each area heated by a gas boiler in the aft cabin. All electrics are currently 12V DC with no shore power.
She is currently located at Packet Boat Marina, Uxbridge, with the option of taking over the leisure mooring (approx £3,000 / yr) for a transfer fee of 5% of the sale price payable to BWML. Residential moorings at this marina may also be available.
This is a boat with the potential as a great cruising boat.
