Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 52ft Narrowboat for sale with optional London mooring in Poplar Dock Marina, E14 if required but this boat can be taken away as a cruiser. No premium has been added for the London mooring.
A modern feel throughout from this 2002 boat with stylish kitchen and living area make this a great cruising houseboat for an individual or couple.
The wet room bathroom has an electric heads and holding tank, shower and hand basin.
There is a 2018 survey available and the BSS runs to Nov 2020. The boat was sandblasted and coated with a 2 pack epoxy at the same time as the survey.
The residential mooring is fully transferable if the buyer wants it (5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £10,373 per annum. There is a laundry, shower block, car parking (£600p.a.) The residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina means you'll be living in a close-knit community in a great location near Canary Wharf.
