Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 50ft Narrowboat with West London residential mooring for sale.
Built in 1997 and very obviously well maintained throughout her lifetime, this boat gives an individual or couple a perfect introduction into living aboard with the great benefit of a residential mooring with a garden. Not a common thing on the London scene!
The interior is stylish and bright and the open plan layout means it feels a lot longer than its 50ft length with good headroom throughout and plenty of storage thanks to some reconfiguration by the current owner.
The boat was last surveyed, blacked and had new anodes fitted in October 2014. The BSS runs to October 2018.
The mooring at Packet Boat Marina is fully transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee to the marina management. Current mooring fees are £8,374 p.a. Council Tax is included.
The marina is 20 minutes from West Drayton mainline station which has direct trains to Paddington and a new Crossrail station which will be finished in 2018.
