Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring at South Dock Marina.
Originally built in 1973, this one bedroom boat is an affordable way into this increasingly popular marina. Mooring fees are much lower here than other London marinas and demand is increasing for any boat moored here.
The current owner has made a number of improvements to make this a comfortable liveaboard but the shower installation is yet to be completed. The works are all costed and can be finished off quickly.
The boat was surveyed in October 2019 but is also in need of blacking so this has been factored into the asking price.
This boat is sold with a residential mooring and there is NO transfer fee to pay.
Current mooring fees are approx £7,300 per annum but should be confirmed with the marina prior to purchase.
