Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50ft Narrowboat with residential mooring at Three Mills Moorings in Bow, E3.
Built in 1984 and well maintained, this is a great boat for an individual or couple on probably London's cheapest mooring site. Three Mills has a great community spirit and is at the heart of a new development in the area which will make the moorings even more desirable in the next few years.
The boat has had many recent upgrades including a new water heater, new oven, new heads, new charger/inverter and new shower pump as well as being painted inside and out. It's ready for someone to move straight in. It was last surveyed and blacked in 2021.
The big selling point is mooring fees of £500pcm including the service charge and that's far cheaper than the other marinas in London. The moorings have their own laundry, bike shed, parking and each boat has its own pump out point so you don't need to move to do this. The marina charge a 5% + VAT service charge to transfer the mooring.
Bromley-by-Bow tube station is about 10 mins walk from the boat and Pudding Mill Lane DLR is about 15 mins away. The Sugarhill development will bring shops and restaurants to the area so now is a great time to move into this marina and start a life afloat.
