Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 50ft Narrowboat Trad Stern for sale with residential mooring at South Dock Marina, SE16.
Built in 2006 and nicely finished internally, this is a great option for an individual or couple. Entering from the bow is a bright saloon and galley with multi fuel stove and large sofa bed. The attractive cupboards inside have been custom made for the boat and look great.
The galley has a gas cooker and plenty of storage and worktop space. The heads has a hand basin, shower compartment and chemical loo.
The cabin has the same custom furniture and decent sized double bed.
BSS to 2023.
As a trad stern, it has an engine room for extra storage and good access to the engine itself whilst keeping it dry and out of the elements.
The residential mooring is fully transferable (10% of the sale price transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £7,250 per annum.
