This is a lovely example of a 50ft Trad Stern boat that has benefited from many new additions and has had a great deal of money spent on her in the last three years. She has bundles of clever storage space and charm and is ready to move straight onto as the present owners have now vacated her and the mooring is available to the new owner, if required subject to meeting the marina owner. The monthly mooring cost is £150 a month and there is no transfer fee at this marina. She has a hull survey from 2016 and was also blacked at the same time. The cratch cover and cockpit cover are both new and from Antrim covers. The boat also benefits from flowtex carpets throughout.
As you enter through the cratch you come into the saloon area with comfortable bench seating with under seat storage that also coverts into a double bed or can be used as two singles, Morso fire, TV socket and facility for a pedestal table. The galley again has bundles of storage space and also plenty of worktop space. Fitted with a washer/drier, full size quiet fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, double gas hob and modern stainless sink and taps.
As you go down the corridor you have the duck hatch on the left and access into the shower room on the right with a new thetford cassette toilet, full size Mira shower and sink with vanity unit.
Next you come to the double bedroom with a good size double wardrobe, lots of under bed storage and bedside light. This then leads into the rear of the boat with all the electronics and engine bay. A fantastic Mastervolt Whisper 3500 silent generator with matching inverter and intelligent charger, solar panel control and much more, this boat really is fitted out for long term cruising or is just as happy in a marina environment.
