The boat has had considerable amounts spent on it and it is set up for someone to move onto straight away and start a life on the water. Three Mills is enviably located in the Lee Valley with good transport links to central London from Bromley-by-Bow tube being only 10 mins walk from the boat. The whole area is undergoing considerable redevelopment and this is only going to increase the desirability of these moorings.
The boat has been thoughtfully refurbished throughout with clever storage ideas and a very bright and spacious interior. All fittings are high spec and the bathroom rivals most flats with a full height shower cubicle and electric toilet connected to a holding tank. Headroom is also great throughout the boat.
The moorings at Three Mills are leased on an annual basis and the current mooring fees are roughly £270 a month making this one of the most affordable marinas in London. The mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% fee (of the sale price) to marina management.
