Comentario del broker
This is a beautiful craft that was extensively refurbished and refitting in 2019. The owner knows that he won't be able to get back all that he has invested and is a chance for a new owner to take on a head-turning canal boat full of new equipment.
The spacious cockpit provides ample room to be sociable with friends with a slow-running aor-cooled Lister below. The companionway steps into the galley are covered with a beautifully crafted recycled mahogany sliding hatch with glass panel. The galley is compact and filled makning the best use of her 46ft length and filled with new appliances; including cooker, water heater and fridge/freezer.
The shower room inludes an enclosed shower, corner basin and new cassette toilet. Forward still is an open plan saloon and double berth. The boat is heated by a solid fuel stove towards the front.
The whole craft has been stripped back, refurbished and professionally painted. A new cratch cover and cockpit cover are included.
Work carried out in 2019:
Cabin sides and top, foredeck and cockpit stripped and repainted.
New windows and portholes.
Sliding glass companionway hatch from reconditioned mahogany frame.
Remove internal lining, clean back and pain internal cabin sides and refit pine cladding.
New Cratch cover and Cockpit cover still in pakaging.
Remove, clean, paint and refit the engine.
Refurbish diesel tanks.
New batteries.
Descale, paint (inc waxoil) and refit galley floor.
New Victron Inverter and Galvanic Isolator.
New Instantaneous Water Heater.
New Thetford LPG cooker.
New Russel Hobbs fridge/freezer.
New Thetford cassette toilet.
New domestic water pump.
