A great opportunity to purchase a boat in a great location, Lisson Grove.
This 45ft Narrowboat offers a good level of accommodation, maximising the space with 'pram' covers on both the bow and the stern.
The raised double bed has storage below, as well as a hanging space for clothes. The 'walk-through' bathroom is nicely tiled, has a good sized shower and sink, with a cartridge toilet.
Moving forward, the galley is split on either side of the boat, offering lots of storage, a full sized hob, oven and grill.
Finally, the bright saloon, opens out to the well deck, enjoying views across the canal.
The boat was last out of the water in 2022 for blacking and anodes. BSS expires March 2028.
The CRT mooring is fully transferable. Current fees are circa. £600/m.
