Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 45ft Narrowboat for sale with highly desirable mooring in Little Venice.
This light and bright liveaboard narrowboat has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is ready for the new owner to start using her straightaway, either as a permanent floating home or a pied-a-terre on one of London's most desirable mooring spots.
The boat is set up for being on a permanent mooring with electric cooker and hob as well as washing machine in the engine room. It also has Eberspacher central heating and a multi-fuel stove for heating along with an immersion heater for hot water. The cabin has a bed that extends into a full double.
The mooring at Blomfield Road is fully transferable to the new owner. There is water and electric on site. The nearest pump out is 200m at Little Venice pond. The current mooring fee is £7,100 per annum.
From the owners: "It is with great sadness that we will be saying good bye to our boat. She has been a lot of fun over the last few years. Unfortunately circumstances mean we no longer need to use her as much as we did. She is the perfect bijou home with permanent mooring and electricity in the centre of London. Little Venice is so picturesque and being in a gated part of the Canal with a little garden makes it feel very homely and safe. We have also enjoyed trips out, whether it's just popping up to Camden or further a field. We hope whoever has her next enjoys her as much as we have."
