Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 45ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring in Limehouse Basin, E14.

A well built boat from 1998, this narrowboat has an amazing main cabin with four poster bed and lots of storage options. The main living area has a seating area that can be converted into a second sleeping area.

There is a multifuel stove and central heating for the winter nights with hot water calorifier.

The heads has a pump out manual toilet, shower compartment and hand basin. Leading to the cabin is a second entrance way with two side hatches bringing lots of light into this part of the boat.

The boat was last blacked in August 2018 and engine service was in April 2019.

The topsides have been recently repainted with the remaining area around the waterline to be completed.

The leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 7.5% + VAT transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £10,100 paid monthly or £9,344 paid upfront. The marina provides electricity, water, phone line connection, laundry and excellent security. Minutes from Limehouse DLR, this is always a popular spot for people who need easy access to central London.
