Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 45ft Narrowboat for sale with highly desirable residential mooring at Three Mills moorings in East London.
The narrowboat is from circa 1980 and has been in its current ownership for about four years at the moorings. Entering the boat from the bow, there is a living area and galley with multi-fuel stove. The galley has gas cooker and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a manual loo with holding tank and shower.
The cabin at the stern has good storage and the double bed is installed above the engine compartment.
The residential mooring is fully transferable and has the added benefit of only being £400 a month. There is a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) payable to the marina. The marina has shore power, mains water, pump out facilities, landline phone connection and residents' parking nearby. There is also a laundry on site.
Viewing is highly recommended as boats don't come up here often and they are some of the most in demand moorings in London. There is also the opportunity to buy the boat and then swap it for a different vessel at any time.
