The boat itself is a 2000 Liverpool Boats Semi-Trad narrowboat that has recently had plenty of money spent on it making it into a great liveaboard option in London's most popular marina.

The residential mooring is fully transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% (of sale price) transfer fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are approx £9,300 p.a.

Limehouse Basin provides convenient access to central London or Canary Wharf and is a real community of boaters. The surrounding area has some great bars and pubs and is a great place to launch cruises from being at the junction of the Regent's Canal, the River Lea and the Thames.
