Comentario del broker
A not to be missed opportunity to own a boat in a spectacular location in East London. The mooring has good facilities with electricity and telephone connections and there is an on site laundry.
The area is marked for massive regeneration over the next few years, which can only increase the value of a boat on this mooring.
Close to Bromley By Bow tube station.
The boat has been painted and blacked in the last 2 years and would make a comfortable home or pied a terre. Accomodation is well thought out and can sleep 6 people comfortably when beds are extended.
The galley has a good range of cupboards and appliances and heating is provided with diesel heating and a morso stove.
The shower room makes use of all available space and comprises of a shower, wash hand basin and a toilet with holding tank facility.
