Comentario del broker
This is a great boat that has been well looked after and has recently had 2 Pac blacking and the engine, which has very low hours is being serviced also for the new owner. The owner, who is the second owner had a purchase survey when he bought the boat 15 months ago and has now ordered a brand new boat locally.
As you walk in through the rear companionway you arrive in the saloon area which has two upholstered lounge chairs. There is a central wood burning stove , TV, Stereo with a DAB radio connection, radiator and then you move into the attractive galley area with plenty of storage and worktops, 12v fridge and cooker with hob.
As you move down the corridor you come to the shower room with full some shower, basin and cassette toilet.
Finally you come to the double cabin with plenty of extra storage and also access into the forward deck area through the double doors.
The boat has a BSC until Jan 2024 and the mooring is available as a sub-let until Spring 2021 subject to meeting the marina owners. The boat owner is keeping the mooring for his new boat although there will almost certainly be a permanent mooring available over the coming months.
