The boat is now out of the water to be cleaned and blacked at the owners factory !!
This 45ft Cruiser Stern was built by the owner for himself and fitted out at his factory. She is standard 10/6/4, epoxy coated and was surveyed prior to launch for the insurance company. All the tanks are Plastic-Tec. The Vat was paid on all the components purchased to build her. She has 60mm spray foam insulation and is fitted out in 12mm plywood. She has 2 x duck hatches and 2 x skylights and has a BSC until June 2022.
The cruiser cockpit has plenty of room and storage with good placement of the controls and bow thruster. As you enter through the companionway you have the well equipped kitchen with white units and large soft close drawers, Smeg induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic sink and drainer and plenty of storage.
The saloon has bench seating with upholstered cushions, carpet, TV, kickboard electric heater and storage shelves.
Then you walk through to the shower room with large shower unit, vanity unit with ceramic sink and towel rail. This then leads straight into the end bedroom with kingsize fitted bed with twin Tempura mattresses.
