Built in 1990, this boat has been stylishly finished and makes a great floating home for an individual or couple. Being 42ft comes with the big benefit of lower mooring fees but still offering enough living space even for someone needing to work from home.

The boat is fitted with multifuel stove and electric heaters with an immersion heater for hot water.

The boat was last blacked in 2019 and has a BSS to 2022.

The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT) transfer fee and current mooring fees are £8,430 per annum. There is electricity, water, laundry, internet connection included and Council Tax is included in the mooring fee.
