Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 42ft Narrowboat for sale with desirable London mooring at Lisson Grove in St John's Wood.
The boat has been totally renovated in the last five years by the current owner and there is fantastic attention to detail that makes this a really stylish liveaboard. They added a pigeon hatch sky light as well which fills the main living area with light. A lot of thought has gone into the refit right down to the Buster & Punch light switches. The zinc kitchen worktops are also a really great feature.
The clever walk through bathroom means there is a proper sized shower with electric heads. The cabin has good hanging storage and a standard double bed.
The Vetus engine is only about 6 years old and has 42HP so plenty of power for cruising, especially if you were to head up the Thames.
Lisson Grove is a vibrant community of boaters in a prime location close to Marylebone and Baker St stations and Regent's Park. The boat has its own garden area and there is a large communal area which has recently hosted its first wedding reception for one of the other residents. The mooring is fully transferable and there is no transfer fee to pay. Current mooring fees are £6,505 p.a. There is electric, water and phone line connection for each mooring.
A perfect London bolt hole for someone who needs to be in this premium part of town, viewing is highly recommended.
