A compact and comfortable boat, this little tardis gives the impression of being a much bigger craft, with a comfortable saloon, well equipped galley, large shower cubicle and fixed double bed.
The boat has a residential mooring at the desirable enclave of Poplar Dock Marina, 10 minutes walk from Canary Wharf, London. The marina has a brand new facilities block, including laundry and permanent security guard.
Current mooring fees are roughly £6,900 p.a. The residential mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management. A 5% transfer fee is payable.
