Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this stylish 40ft Narrowboat for sale with London residential mooring.

Cleverly fitted out a few years ago by the previous owner, this boat is presented in very good condition and ready to move straight into. A great liveaboard or pied-a-terre.

Making the most of the 40ft length, with the big benefit of having cheaper mooring fees, this 1990 boat has clever storage solutions and a nice, bright feel.

Moored in the heart of the marina next to the facilities block and communal area, this boat will suit someone who wants to get stuck in with the community and enjoy having neighbours you actually know!

Poplar Dock Marina is well located just to the East of Canary Wharf and has good transport links with Blackwall DLR and Canary Wharf Jubilee and Crossrail nearby.

The residential mooring is fully transferable (7.5% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £8,430 per annum or £9,100 if you pay monthly.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
