Built in 2006 by East West Boats, this smart narrowboat is a great liveaboard option for an individual needing good transport links to Canary Wharf or the City. Ready to move straight into and located in one of London's most popular marinas, East West boats are well regarded narrowboats and this example has been extremely well maintained.

Poplar Dock Marina is well located just to the East of Canary Wharf and has good transport links with Blackwall DLR and Canary Wharf Jubilee and Crossrail nearby.

The residential mooring is fully transferable (7.5% + VAT transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £8,430 per annum or £9,100 if you pay monthly.
