UPDATE:
A survey revealed that although the side of the hull are in good condition, the base plate is very thin. The price has been reduced to reflect this. It will need substantial overplating at some point in the future.
ORIGINAL COMMENTS:
Having seen the outside, which does need some TLC, I wasn't expecting much. However as I dug deeper this boat revealed all sorts of surprises.
A huge cruiser stern emerged from under the rear deck cover. Under this hid not only a lovely reconditioned Lister SR2, but a Mitsubishi Diesel Generator.
The inside is a joy with a cosy double bed, and a fair sized bathroom. Then comes the kitchen. All electric thanks to the diesel generator.
There is a fantastic solid fuel range stove to keep you warm and provide an oven as well as an alternative hob.
The small living area houses a dinette with a table that can take a variety of configurations as well as becoming a second double bed.
A fantastic starter boat for cruising or a great little live-aboard, which will amply reward the small amount of work needed to get the exterior ship-shape.
