Broker's Comments
This 37ft Narrowboat with Limehouse leisure mooring is a perfect pied-a-terre boat for someone who is looking an affordable bolthole in central London.
With an open plan layout and bright interior, it makes the best use of its 37ft length and the stern enclosure gives you an extra weatherproof room for storage.
The galley has a gas cooker and fridge and hot water comes from a Paloma gas boiler. There is an elsan loo in the heads but the shower is in need of reconnecting. The current owner uses the marina facilities which are 30 seconds away.
Limehouse Basin is ideally located 5 minutes from the DLR station giving access to Bank station within 15 minutes from your boat. It is London's most desirable marina for that very reason and the community is very welcoming and friendly.
Current mooring fees are £6,842 p.a and the mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee (5% of the sale price).
