Comentario del broker
This is a lovely little 37ft Trad built by Ledgard Boats of Mirfield. She has a BSC until May 2023 and the boat has been constantly cruised for the past 3 years.
Coming in at the front, you arrive in the cosy saloon with bench style seating with storage underneath, wood burning stove and TV. The kitchen is well laid out and has good a cooker with gas hob and matching coloured sink drainer, 12v fridge and various storage options.
Next you come to the shower room with a full size shower and wash basin. There is a porta potti that presently sits on a removable cover that covers the shower tray.
As you come back out and move to the bedroom, there is a gas heater attached to the wall and then you come into the double bedroom, again with decent storage and then access out through the stern companionway.
