Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 32ft Narrowboat with Limehouse residential mooring for sale.
The boat was only recently bought by the current owner but they are having to sell again because of changing work commitments but luckily for the next owner, they have had it surveyed, blacked, modernised and added some very smart covers - all in the last six months.
This is now a brilliant, tidy houseboat or pied-a-terre for someone who wants to be close to the City or Canary Wharf.
The seating area at the front converts easily into a large double and the boat comes with an elsan loo but there is a holding tank on board which could be reconnected.
Limehouse Basin is only 5 minutes from the DLR station and is a great community of boaters who all enjoy life in this peaceful marina. Current mooring fees are £7,500 p.a. roughly and there is a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to take over the mooring.
