Boatshed Grand Union are pleased to offer this 30ft Narrowboat for sale with mooring at Packet Boat Marina in West London.
This boat offers an individual the opportunity to acquire a very affordable pied-a-terre in Uxbridge, West London. There is an open plan layout with convertible seating into the double berth and a galley with gas cooker.
The heads to the front of the boat is set up as a wet room and hot water comes from the gas boiler installed.
The boat was blacked in 2014 so this isn't required for another few years. The boat was last surveyed in 2009 and a copy is available to any prospective buyers.
The mooring at Packet Boat Marina is transferable to the new owner on payment of a 5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are roughly £2,000 p.a.
