This is an aluminium hull which makes it virtually maintenance free. Cruiser Stern, Large windows and a porthole.
Cratch cover and rear cover.
Water ballasted for easy lift out. Can be moved by trailer.

A lovely fit out in light wood. Entering from the rear cruiser deck there is a bathroom to one side with large Elsan cassette toilet, basin and shower. To the other side is a wardrobe and storage.
Cabin heating is by Trumatic warm air heater and hot water from the engine calorifier.
Next there is a small kitchen with sink cooker and fridge.
There is a dinette for two, which makes up into a double bunk, storage under and storage cuboard with work top.
There are two sofas at the front with a table which fits between them. These sofas can be made up as two single beds, or by sliding out a section concealed below the fore deck they can be made into a very large double bed.

Comentario del broker
Sea Otters are famous for their lack of maintenance and holding their value. This one needs a bit of a polish on the outside but is pristine inside.
Inside she is a veritable Tardis with beds for 4 (5 at a push). Seating for 8-10. Kitchen, bathroom and storage.
More room in the cratch and a generous cruiser stern / party deck.
Also available, subject to agreement with the committee, is a club mooring (leisure).
