Broker's Comments
A typically cute little cruiser / live-aboard. She is currently on a leisure mooring at South Dock Marina, which could possibly be transferred to the new owner (though you may need to be quick). For her size, she has generous fore and aft cockpits, bright accommodation and is extremely clean, tidy and well cared for throughout. Everything works as though it were new and the engine is as sweet as a nut.
Sea Otters have something of a cult following and it's easy to see why. They are charming, well put together, easily maintained and built to last. And good ones - like this - don't hang around for long, so don't delay if she tickles your fancy.
