Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 26ft Narrowboat for sale with London.
This boat built in 1995 has been very well maintained by the current owner and would make an ideal bolt hole for someone looking for a place close to central London that is affordable and ready to move straight onto. The marina has a great community feel to it and would be a great place to spend a few nights a week while being much cheaper than a hotel or flat rental.
The boat has made the best use of space with its layout with a convertible double bed at the bow, a further single bed at the stern, a galley with gas cooker and a good sized bathroom. Strikingly, there is over 6'7" of headroom which is very unusual for a small boat.
The boat was blacked in 2017 and has a BSS to August 2019.
There is a multifuel stove for heating and hot water from the gas boiler. There is also a solar panel for charging the batteries when away from the berth. Externally, again the external paintwork has been very well maintained and the boat is presented nicely.
The Limehouse leisure mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are approx £7,100 p.a.
