Built in 1990 by Clubline boats, this compact narrowboat would make an ideal London base for someone who needs a place to stay during the working week. The current owner has used the boat for that exact reason and is only selling due to their job moving back north.
It has a simple layout with a seating area that converts into the double berth with a good sized bathroom that has a bath/shower and loo. The boat is fitted with a holding tank too.
This boat is sold with a residential mooring at Limehouse Basin and we expect demand to be high because of that. These are the most sought after moorings in the capital due to the basin's proximity to central London and the great community feel at the marina.
The mooring provides water, shore power and pump out facilities as well as 24 hour security and laundry. Current mooring fees are £7,361 p.a. and the license is renewable every 12 months.
