Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 52ft Motor Yacht for sale with Limehouse residential mooring.
Built in 1981 by Ashcombe Boats in Suffolk, this 4 cabin boat is one of two ever built and has beautiful, classic lines that would turn heads in any marina in the world. It has small ship presence with its high bow and stepping inside makes you forget that this is a 52ft boat.
The saloon leads out to a spacious cockpit which has a draught proof enclosure turning this into an extra room all year round. The galley is amidships just aft of the downstairs helm and nav station. There is a washing machine and dishwasher on board too.
Downstairs is a clever four cabin, three heads layout with a master cabin and ensuite in the aft, two bunk cabins (one with ensuite) and a fourth cabin in the bow which is currently set up as two singles. The third heads is located next to the forward cabin and there is ample storage cupboards throughout.
This boat is being sold with the added benefit of a Limehouse residential mooring which is transferable with the boat. The current owners liveaboard with their two children but the boat is ready to go cruising if the new owner didn't want to keep it in London. Current mooring fees are £10,098 p.a. and a 5% transfer fee is payable to acquire the mooring license.
