8500 hours, this pénichette® has been in the hire fleet for around 10-12 years before becoming a private owned boat.

3 batteries located under the steering position in the engine room, 2 for the domestic service (140 A/h settled in june 2014), 1 for starting the engine (120 A/h settled in septembre 2015).

Built in 1987 in LOCABOAT yards, this pénichette® is a 1107 model. The wheelhouse has 2 side sliding doors and a steering position on starboard. The current owners have owned this pénichette® for almost 15 years. Fiberglass hull.

Fiberglass hull repainted in 2011 by a professional, the superstructure and the hull in white, antifouling done too at the same time. Non-sliding paint on the decks and roofs.

According to the current owner, the weight of the boat is of 4 tons, the 600 liters of diesel and water tanks full. 2 water tanks (2x200 liters) under the bed of the forward cabin, one on port the other on starboard. The diesel tank of 200 liters is on port under the wheelhouse, some lead plots on starboard make the balance.

Engine and batteries are in the engine room under the wheelhouse.

One gaz and storage locker on the foredeck for 2 gaz bottles of 13 kg each and for the manual anchor. One deck passerelle available and stored on the roof. 2 search lights, one fixed, one portable. One movable swim ladder available.

The windows are equipped with a superior rack and equipped with exterior white blinds for the winter, that could also help protecting from the sunny and hot days.

Many things have been replaced or repaired or refurbished during the last 15 years, a list in French is available.

From the wheelhouse, 2 steps towards the rear, is the spacious galley, typical of the pénichette® look. On port, the basin, work surface, the fridge (2014) working on batteries, the 3 burners ENO cooker (2006) and a grill and oven (2006) working on gaz. On starboard the table is for the moment a garden table, the original table is available and the dinette could be transformed into a double bed for 2 persons. No wall between the wheelhouse and the galley as usual on the pénichette®, only a stainless steel handle that gives a feeling of big space. Headroom in the galley of 1,80 meter.

The headroom wheelhouse is of 1,90 meter with 2 side sliding doors and the steering position on starboard.

Four steps lower forward, the guest space with a bed of 130 x 200 cm on starboard and one berth of 80 x 200 cm on port. Heavy curtains are guaranting privacy of each space.
Forwards, on starboard, is the wetroom, repainted in blue by the current owners, with a basin, electric WC and shower. Facing the wetroom, cupboards and drawers. Forward, the main cabin with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a basin on starboard, very appreciated when there have guests on board, and wardrobe and cupboard on port. In this part of the boat, headroom is between 1,77 and 1,80 meter.

Heating with a TRUMATIC gaz unit, never used by the current owners.
