Comentario del broker
The owner has chosen his new boat and is very keen to sell and to look at any serious offers.
Super pedigree family cruiser racer fully equipped .
This boat was acquired by the present owner in 2008 and the hull was stripped back and given 4 coats of epoxy then antifouling. Two years later it was stripped back again and copper coat antifouled.
All sails were replaced in 2012. The owner has always been a keen regatta sailor and keeps everything in tip top condition.
A three week cruise to Corsica is planned for May and she will be available in June.
Underwater images taken 08/02/2017 and the boat is planned to go back in the water in two weeks time.
Whilst out of the water the following works were completed apart from the normal hull clean and engine service, timing belt etc
The engine sea cock was replaced and prop greased.
A small leak was noticed on the water heater so a new 40 ltr stainless tank has been fitted. Flexible hoses have been replaced. keel bolts anti rust treated and bilges repainted.
Brand new liferaft 6 place.
The boat will now have the engine oil analised,survey and sea trials.
