GRP hull, last anti fouled in 2019 and docked every 3 years by our vendor
A wooden terrace was added to the aft deck giving extra room for a BBQ, bikes etc..
Roof terrace also added to greatly increase outdoor space.

Aft cabin with double bed 1.40x1.95 and a single berth (heating unit under) 0.70x1.95 good headroom in the boat with 1.92 throughout except the saloon with 2.10 and a huge sliding roof fitted with mosquito net. Going forward from the aft cabin is the heads with independent shower, and a wash basin. Water heater under the wash basin.
Next the saloon with galley to port and office area to starboard followed by the dinette seating and helm position. Doors out onto the well protected front well deck. Galley equipped with a 4 gaz burner cooker and an oven/grill, an extractor, micro wave and modern storage under the sink. A 60L fridge (Gas 220v & 12v) plus an old fridge not connected but used as storage.
Dinette with a 4 to 6 people table and a retractable bed which will convert into a double berth (120x2.40).
LED lighting in all the boat.
Heating system (PROPEX blown air) runs with electric or gas though the gas is not connected new gas piping is supplied and ready to be installed.
Hot water from 40 litre immersion tank 220v & engine calorifier
TV, satellite dish, stereo all included in the sale of the boat.

Inland live aboard cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Midicanals is happy too offer this Jeanneau Eau Claire 11.30 for sale. A rare owner version, never hired and very well maintained by our vendor who is a knowledgable circumnavigator (though not on this boat :). He purchased it in 2011 and has live onboard since, cruising and permanently upgrading her, including the fitting of the the new engine and gearbox, complete re-wiring (with diagrams available). Now a spacious, comfortable and practical cruising home with plenty of storage and great outdoor spaces too.
