A spacious house boat with plenty of room for a up to 8 people this boat still needs work but is suitable for living aboard as it is. The upper level has three rooms a lounge, double bedroom and then the main living area that has the kitchen and dining area. Below deck the layout has not been finished it is being used for two further double bedroom, the bathroom and a utility area. The boat looks well insulated with heavy planking to the hull; apparently she was used to transport goods requiring insulated storage in a past life.
The Thames Lighter Barge has been converted to a house boat is does not have an engine.
The boat is not on a residential mooring. The current berth is renewable however, this will be subject to agreement with the mooring owners.
