Boatshed London are delighted to offer this converted Police Launch for sale with London residential mooring at South Dock Marina.
Originally built in 1968, this is a character filled liveaboard boat that has the benefit of a very large aft deck area, perfect for entertaining or evening drinks. The wheelhouse could even be converted to extend the living space here.
Internally, there is a saloon and galley with gas oven with space for a dining table. The boat is fitted with Webasto central heating. The heads has a Thetford cassette loo and good sized shower area.
The single Rolls Royce engine that lurks beneath the cockpit is a real beast and fired up straightaway on our visit. For the adventurous, she would make a good cruising boat on the river.
The boat was surveyed in October 2019 and this report is available to view. It has been well maintained and the report backs that up.
The residential mooring at South Dock is fully transferable (10% + VAT transfer fee) and current mooring fees are £7,990 per annum if paid monthly.
