On the top deck is a massive saloon with wonderful views of the marina and surrounding area. Leads through a small kitchenette/bar to a massive, covered sundeck.
Below decks there is a self contained office/3rd bedroom, with plenty of storage.
Midships, stairs lead down to the fully fitted kitchen with a dinette area. Well appointed, there is even an ice maker to accompany the usual fridge, freezer and washing machine!
Beyond, there are 2 separate heads compartments, both with vac flush toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
The master cabin is large and luxurious, with fully fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
The 2nd cabin is a well fitted out twin room.
This boat is ready to move into, with most of the fixtures and fittings being left on the boat. Carpets have recently been cleaned and are immaculate, making this boat a comfortable home which could be moved into straight away.

With its imposing profile and stately interior, this live-aboard has the look and feel of a 'mini super-yacht'.
Above decks, there's a large saloon and a terrific outdoor space in the shape of a huge aft cockpit. There's even a bar area!
Below, there's a stylish galley and dining area, with a large twin cabin amidships and the master stateroom aft. There are two toilet / shower rooms.
The boat was substantially and lovingly rebuilt in 1999, with the flybridge removed.
Whilst she is an super live-aboard, with a little engine work this boat is capable of serious long distance cruising. For over 50 years, the Hatteras brand has been synonymous with superior build quality.
The boat comes with a fully residential mooring in a secure, gated marina which is very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The marina supports a vibrant and friendly live-aboard community.
The mooring is transferable by agreement with Marina management and there is no transfer fee on this particular berth.
