A 1995 Haines fly for sale, left the English yard in Catfield, Norfolk, a very special example as it was commissioned by our current owner under their specification.
Easy access on the side deck by a built in step in the hull.
The companion way from the aft deck where is the unique steering position and sun seat with cushion. A sun awning, new in 2021, covers all this aft deck and be differently settled, total covered or bimini. From the aft deck, the swim platform, with access by a swim ladder. Gas bottles are stored in the large locker on this aft deck.
A 2 meter long scooter can easily take position on the foredeck of 2 meters long can by using the 2 gangplanks, one for the scooter, one for the driver. The scooter is not included in this offer.
The rudder is protected by a metallic cage.
Last antifouling done in 2019, done in a yard by a professional.

A spiral staircase ease the entrance in the saloon. The saloon accommodates a U shape designed seats and with a sliding piece allowing a bed of 85 x 200 cm. Access to the engine room and batteries under the saloon floor. Headroom of 1,83 meter. Sliding side windows and opening hatch in the roof endowed with blinds.
The aft cabin has an inland bed of 140 x 195 cm, a little sofa, a dressing table, many storage and a private wet room with WC and basin, a shower not functioning for the moment. Headroom of 1,90 m.
The galley, 2 steps lower forward the saloon, is well equipped, grill, oven, cooker, compressor fridge 12 V, sink, and many storages. In front of the galley a large cupboard and a wet room with WC, basin and shower. The forward cabin is for 2 persons, with 2 berths of 90 x 200 cm, cupboards and wardrobe. Headroom of 2,35 meters for the galley, 1,80 meter for the forward cabin.

English cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to present this HAINES 37 LS built in 1995.
This specific polyester model was made on request by the first owner to the ship yard HAINES in England.
Inside, the owner's cabin is wide and functional with a double bed, a dressing table, a bench seat and a bathroom. Note a headroom of 1.90 m.
The living space consisting of the living room and the open U-shaped kitchen is large and bright, well ventilated with large sliding windows and roof.
Very clean and well maintained this boat has many advantages. The cockpit tent is completely new (2021) and all maintenance is up to date.
