Comentario del broker
This Golden Star 35 would be equally at home cruising on the Sea or a river.
She is well equipped and has plenty of space on board for time away at sea or just for entertaining friends and family on the spacious sundeck at the stern of the boat.
The boat is generally in good condition, although there is some evidence of water damage in several internal locations as can be seen from the photos. This is probably due to leaks around the windows etc. This should be relatively easy to have this refurbished.
The current owner had a Hull Condition / Structural Survey Report carried out on in May 2014 and the report confirmed at this time the Hull is found to be structurally sound and no signs of Osmosis.
The owner currently rents the boat out as hotel rooms and the reviews that I have seen on the website are very positive about staying on this boat.
The owner has recently had the Engines (oil change) Generator and Bow thruster serviced and also new batteries have been fitted.
