Classique péniche à voile Cotre Aurique portuguais par le chantier Ramos en 1925. Grande restauration bien documentée entre 2002 & 2003 par le chantier Bernadou à Canet en Roussillon puis expertisé en 2005. (rapport disponible)
A flat bottomed wooden sailing barge constructed by Ramos in Alcochete Portugal in 1925 and restored during 2002-2003 by the Bernadou yard in Canet en Roussillon France. There is photographic and documented record of the works in progress and a final survey was carried out in 2005. (Report available)

L’habitacle est spartiate car transformé en salle d’exposition. Il sera très bien adapté aux métiers d’art et d’exposition avec logement dans la cabine arrière ou transformé en grand loft atypique.
Accommodation is Spartan as the vessel has been restored to provide a navigating maritime museum so the crew berths in the main saloon have been given over to exhibit space. There is a crew area in the aft cabin with saloon table, galley and shower. Plus a deck hands cabin under the aft deck. The open plan main saloon would lend itself to many uses including art studio & gallery or maritime exhibitions or could be converted to comfortable, spacious living accommodation

Boatshed Midi Canals are pleased to offer this classic sailing barge for sale. A classic Portuguese gaff rigged sailing cutter that underwent a major rebuild (photographed & documented with subsequent survey) ten years ago. Though again in need of some refurbishment she is a most unusual (if not unique) sailing barge that turns heads on the Med! and a super "pied-a-terre" in the south of France. She would also lend herself to use as an artists studio or exhibition gallery in a prominent south of France tourist town.
Un voilier classique qui a profité d’une restauration majeure il y a dix ans. C’est le moment de profiter des centaines de milliers d’euros investis et complèter les finitions et l’entretien pour faire un loft ou studio atypique avec logement dans la partie arrière. Ou encore transformé en grand yacht privé, spacieux et confortable.
