If you like boats you can't help but fall in love with this one:
A respected make and timely "named", GRP version of this blue water cruiser.
The owner ( who is part of the local lifeboat crew ) has had the boat for the last 20 years, and is reluctantly selling due to health problems

This really is a go anywhere design and has a comprehensive maintenance history.
Would make a lovely live aboard
Possibility to take on mooring which is also much sort after in this area.
The only couple of things i could see that could do with doing are some renovation to the main hatch and also cleaning up and painting around the Anchor locker and stem post which are both wooden. Numerous biils available and last out of the water June 2015
