We are told that the engine oil has been changed every year since 2007. Spares include impellers and filters

BLAWE HAND Kruiser Dutch steel cruiser built in 1978 in the Holterman & de Vries yard, Netherlands.
2 side doors for the access in the saloon and the inside steering position. Steps to entry in the boat are mobile, you can use them on port or starboard.
On the aft deck, a bimini, fly helm and navigation instruments, covered with a canvas protection, a raw water wash and two lockers using also as seats. Table and chairs are included in this advert. Hard spray dodgers.
Lots of restoration done in 2015 by the current owners : new fairing and anodes changing, 7 windows replaced by aluminium frame windows, total renovation of the galley (new fridge, cooker, sink, work surface), 2 new holding tanks for the 2 toilets, 1 new toilet for the forward cabin, decoration.
For the winter 2017, the hull has been pressure washed and covered with a primary paint, waiting for the antifoul paint in the next spring. This work has been approved by a professional.
The 2 gas bottles are stored in the foredeck locker.
The windlass is VETUS.
Last exterior paint redone in 2007.

In the saloon, the long table has 3 holes for glasses and bottles. Curtains for the side windows and blinds for the front windows.
Two steps lower, the aft cabin has a very large double bed of 150 x 210 cm and a shower and toilet redone in 2007. Headroom 1,81 m.
The dinette can be transformed in a bed for one adult or two children, 93 x 210 cm.
The work surface is large and long in a galley restaured in 2015. The two berths of the forward cabin are done for 2 adults 85 x 185 cm. One second heads with a basin, close to the forward cabin and unusual for a 12 meter cruiser, provide a privacy space for guests. Numerous storage spaces. Headroom 1,93 m.

A lot of care has been given to this boat by the current owners and it really showed throughout my visit. All is thought out and organized for comfort and ease of use. Good headroom from 1,80 to 1,93 meter throughout the boat.
Ideal for 4 adults, this dutch steel cruiser can accommodate 6 when using the dinette in the large bright and very nice saloon.
Ready to cruise, with all creature comforts, conscientious maintenance and recent improvements.
Hull prepared and ready for new antifoul in 2018.
